Zsuzsanna is managing Absolvo’s corporate and business lines specific marketing activities. Key areas are PR & Communication as well as organization of Business Conferences.
She has comprehensive experiences in the product- and trade marketing, which she gained at multinational companies like Imperial Tobacco, MOL and Groupe SEB.
She holds an Economist degree from the Budapest Business School.
Prior to joining Absolvo Consulting Adam established and developed his in-depth knowledge at German and Norwegian international boutique corporate finance advisory firms where he was responsible for full-scale management of venture capital fundraising and M&A projects and gained experience on VC portfolio evaluation.
His extensive experience is pairing with a true entrepreneurial mindset, he feels comfortable in the challenges of building a startup. He was a co-founder of a startup incubator, then he founded and managed the craft beer brewery Horizont as a CEO, built the brand to premium, built up the sales engine and team, coordinated an investment project of EUR 1 million, managed more rounds of VC fundraising – and sold his stakes last year in the successfully operating company.
Adam’s key areas of expertise are VC fundraising, growth financing of early stage, technology and ICT-focused startups, scaleups and M&A advisory.
He graduated at the Corvinus University of Budapest, specialized in Equity Market and Corporate Finance.

Tamás started his career at PwC where he worked for 5 years on the fields of audit and financial due diligences. Then he joined HTCC Group (publicly listed on NYSE) in the telco sector where he worked for 5 years as Deputy Group CFO. Key achievements included the PanTel and Invitel acquisitions as well as arrangement of the transactions related bank financing. Prior to joining Absolvo Consulting, Tamás spent 7 years in the real estate sector and acted as CFO for the Hungarian portfolio of ORCO Property Group (listed on several European stock exchanges). He was overseeing the fields of real estate investments, company acquisitions and disposals, arrangement of bank financing as well as financial supervision of development projects. During his career, Tamás managed successfully more than 750 million EUR worth M&A transactions. He gained significant management experience at large- and medium size companies’ top management.
Tamás obtained his finance and accounting specialized Economist degree in the Economics Faculty of University of Miskolc.
Lénárd is a founding partner of Absolvo Consulting.
Key areas of expertise: venture capital investments, growth financing of scale-ups and M&A advisory. Besides investment transaction he gained extensive experience in creating and executing growth strategies and business plans.
Active publisher in several core business medias, a frequent presenter of corporate finance classes at Budapest University of Technology and Economics, Corvinus University and at CEU. Mentor and trainer at several regional VC/PE programmes.
He graduated at the Budapest University of Economic Sciences then followed his business studies by strategy, financing, marketing specializations at MIT and Wharton Business School. Lénárd is a Board Member of the Hungarian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (HVCA).
As Head of the Internationalisation and Business Development Department of Absolvo, Iván’s key areas of expertise are strategic and international marketing, with a strong focus on the internationalisation of companies. He advises companies in developing their go-to-market strategies on a daily basis and takes part in the actual implementation in a hands-on manner. Generating new customer leads, building up sales processes and structures for startups or participating in the international sales of a scaleup are all integral parts of his job.
Iván is a Board Member of the Hungarian Foreign Trade Association. He is also an experienced trainer, regularly holding presentations both in Hungarian and in English on the subjects of international marketing, sales & business development and the internationalization of SMEs.
He is a lecturer of international marketing at the Metropolitan University’s Strategic Marketing Executive MBA course.
Before he joined Absolvo Consulting he gained two years of professional experience from venture capital and Big4 companies. He obtained substantial experience in the field of due diligence, corporate valuation and market research about the energy, ICT, HORECA and financial services industries.
He completed his studies on the Corvinus University of Budapest with Corporate Finances specialization, while spent a semester abroad in the University of Sydney.
Jörn is a marketing expert specialised in the design and implementation of contact strategies, customer journeys and campaign plans that will optimise your marketing ROI.
Having extensive experience in building and growing marketing strategies in B2C & B2B industries in Germany, UK and France, he is supporting our Clients and other CEE-based startups in their efforts to gain more visibility on their target markets.
Jörn is a Cambridge MBA graduate and has worked previously on topics like Customer Loyalty, Product & Brand Management and Global CRM strategies for companies like Regus, British Telecom, Homeserve (UK), Accenture or Domeo (France) and GE Compunet (Germany) and he is also a partner in an international Marketing, CRM & Data Analytics agency based in London.
Key areas of expertise: venture capital investments, business modelling and valuation, financial- and cash flow planning.
Prior to joining Absolvo Consulting, he gained extensive experiences in large scale investment projects in the banking- and energy sectors. At Absolvo his main focus is the business planning, financial analysis and valuation of companies in the ICT, E-commerce, and Energy industries.
Ákos obtained his corporate finance and organization development specialized MSc degree from the Budapest University of Economic Sciences.
Specialized in corporate growth financing with key areas of expertise in project financing, business modelling, cash flow planning, due diligence and venture capital investments.
Anetta started her carrier as an auditor at Ernst & Young. Then she developed an in-depth knowledge on the investor side by joining Docler Investments where she was involved in the preparation and contracting of private equity investments, controlling and financial supervision of the portfolio companies.
Joining Organica Water Inc., financed by several American and European PE and VC funds, she was responsible for monitoring, budgeting and planning as a senior controller.
Anetta obtained her MSc degree at the Corvinus University of Budapest and a BSc degree in the Netherlands. Anetta spent her internship period at Glasgow, Scotland in the Caledonian University, where her researches on the field of corporate finance have been published.
Gabriella is responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
She gained her professional experiences at multinational companies like ORCO Property Group, Wallis Group and ING.
Gabriella holds an Economist degree.
Damion is a commercially savvy international marketing expert with rich experience across integrated multi-channel communications with a key focus on translating business objectives into marketing strategy and hands-on operational management and execution.
Having 15+ years of extensive senior expertise and proven track record of delivering strong commercial results in B2B and B2C, he is supporting our ambitious Clients in designing and implementing their go-to-market and global marketing strategy, planning, and building / improve their CRM and inbound marketing processes to significantly increase efficiency and optimize ROI in their sales & marketing operations.
He has built his exceptional experience, planning, strategic and creative skills at great companies and brands like British Telecom Group, BT OnePhone, T-Mobile, Vodafone and Regus, currently supporting smaller businesses as an external consultant, for instance fulfilling the position of Director of Demand Generation at StarLeaf.
Damion graduated at the London Guildhall University and the London Metropolitan University in business studies with marketing specializations.
