Lénárd is a founding partner of Absolvo Consulting.

Key areas of expertise: venture capital investments, growth financing of scaleups and M&A advisory. Besides investment transaction he gained extensive experience in creating and executing growth strategies and business plans.

Active publisher in several core business medias, a frequent presenter of corporate finance classes at Budapest University of Technology and Economics and at Corvinus University. Mentor and trainer at several regional VC/PE programmes.

Closed VC/PE or M&A deals with exceptional companies like Starschema, Facekom, Avatao, Logiscool, Prefixbox, Gloster, Shoprenter, Balabit, IPR, Continest or Grape Solutions.

He graduated at the Budapest University of Economic Sciences then followed his business studies with M&A, strategy, corporate finance and marketing specializations at MIT, Columbia Business School and Wharton Business School.

Lénárd served as a Board Member of the Hungarian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (HVCA) between 2015 and 2018.

Innonic’s Shoprenter successfully sold its majority stake to the Polish e-commerce giant IAI

NEWS - Our Client Shoprenter, a member of the Innonic Group, closed a successful M&A transaction with the market leader Polish e-commerce SaaS provider company IAI (IdoSell), which acquired a majority stake (51%) in the Hungarian company. Shoprenter was advised by Absolvo Consulting in the transaction process with IAI.
