Anetta Dancs

Specialized in sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions, venture capital fundraising projects, enterprise valuations and due diligence; she has a comprehensive experience on international / cross-border M&A transactions involving regional and international strategic investors and private equity funds as well.

She has been part of successful M&A transactions of companies like CEUMED, Logiscool, 11 Entertainment Group (Cyberjump), Starschema, Grape Solutions and Terra-Net.

Anetta started her carrier as an auditor at Ernst & Young, where she audited manufacturing and service provider companies. Joining a multinational technology company, funded by several US and European PE and VC funds as a senior controller, she was responsible for the monthly monitoring, reporting, budgeting and planning.

She also gained experience on the investor side and participated in the preparation and contracting of private equity investments, controlling and financial supervision of the portfolio companies.

Anetta obtained her MSc degree at the Corvinus University of Budapest and a BSc degree in the Netherlands. She spent her internship period at the Caledonian University in Glasgow, Scotland, where her research findings on the field of corporate finance have been published.
