Ákos Kovács

Ákos joined the Absolvo team in 2012. During his career at Absolvo he has developed a strong expertise in advising sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions, fundraising projects, business / financial planning and conducting valuations.

Ákos has obtained an in-depth experience in ICT, e-commerce and other technology, innovation-driven industries, he contributed to several successful transaction closings in these sectors. Beyond technology, Ákos has supported companies operating in strong traditional industries like packaging, food&beverage, mechanical engineering and logistics to deliver their growth projects successfully. During his career he has represented our Clients in more than 30 transactions.

Prior to joining Absolvo, he established and built his advisory skills in large scale investment projects in banking and energy sectors.

Ákos obtained his corporate finance and organization development specialized MSc degree from the Budapest University of Economic Sciences.
